As Conference Director for Scout Studio, I was leading a team in the planning of our third annual design conference, until social distancing became the norm and that physical conference couldn't happen. However, we still had speakers and topics, we had a brand waiting to come to life, and we had the Internet. Here was a serendipitous opportunity (and challenge) to combine my passions for production and design. Interventions: Episodes is a six-part interview-based web series on creativity and design.

In the manifestation of Interventions: Episodes, I created the episode formatting and content, coordinated with all speakers, hosted each interview, managed the post-production process of video editing and motion graphics, and directed the marketing strategy. (With the help of a flexible and supportive team!)
